This policy covers data processed specifically by the PeakBridger Discord bot ("the Bot"). It works alongside our general Privacy Policy, which also applies.
This applies to any server the Bot is added to, and to direct messages sent to the Bot.
The Bot does not read message content in channels unrelated to its features.
Data the Bot collects is stored in a secured database for as long as it's needed for the purposes above — for example, a ticket transcript is kept long enough to allow for an appeal or review. You can request deletion of data that isn't legally required to be kept; see Section 6.
We don't sell data collected by the Bot. It's shared only where necessary — with our hosting provider to store it, and with Discord itself as the underlying platform the Bot runs on.
You can ask us to tell you what data the Bot holds about you, correct it, or delete it, by contacting us via a ticket on our Discord server or by emailing privacy@peakbridger.de. Where GDPR or a similar law applies to you, the fuller set of rights in our main Privacy Policy applies here too.
We use reasonable measures to keep the Bot's database secure, but no system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute protection of stored data.
Discord's own minimum age (currently 13) applies to anyone using the Bot. We don't knowingly collect more data from a minor than is necessary to provide the Bot's features.
We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect that.
Questions about how the Bot handles your data? Reach us on our Discord server, or by email at privacy@peakbridger.de.
This document is a general template and isn't legal advice. If the Bot handles anything sensitive for your setup, it's worth having a qualified lawyer review this policy.
